Geber Automotive Components (Taicang) 1.2 MWp Distributed PV Project (Including FM-Certified Flexible Roof System)

Congratulations on the successful grid connection and power generation of the Geber Automotive Components (Taicang) 1.2 MWp distributed PV project!

The project has a total installed capacity of 1.2 MWp and is expected to generate approximately 1.2 million kWh annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1,196 tons per year. Taking into account the facility’s unique PVC roof structure, the project employs the internationally FM-certified SSM2 flexible rooftop PV system. Installed using a zero-penetration method that preserves the existing waterproofing layer, the system safely integrates the building with the PV system. This ensures the long-term stable operation of the roof while continuously supplying the factory with high-efficiency green energy.

Our company was fully responsible for all phases of the project, including planning, construction, and commissioning. We strictly adhered to industry standards and high-quality construction requirements to ensure the project was delivered with high quality and efficiency. We thank Geber Automotive Components (Taicang) Co., Ltd. for their trust and support, and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future to jointly advance green, low-carbon manufacturing demonstration projects.

As a leading global enterprise in the automotive spring and lightweight core components sector, Geber Automotive Components (Taicang) Co., Ltd. has consistently upheld a century-old manufacturing ethos of “pursuing excellence,” providing high-quality products to the world’s top automotive brands.
