Trützschler 1,437 kWp Distributed Solar Project (Including Color-Coated Steel Roof Renovation and Custom Mounting System)

Congratulations on the successful grid connection and power generation of the Trützschler 1,437 kWp distributed solar project!

The project has a total installed capacity of 1,437 kWp, with an estimated annual power generation of approximately 1.44 million kWh. Over a 25-year period, cumulative power generation is projected to reach 36 million kWh, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by approximately 11,882 metric tons—a reduction equivalent to the carbon absorption capacity of 6.02 million sycamore trees. The project utilizes a brand-new color-coated steel roofing system and customized PV mounting structures that seamlessly integrate with the factory building’s architecture. While achieving efficient and clean power generation, it enhances the building’s protective capabilities and provides stable, green energy for the digital spinning production lines.

Our company was fully responsible for all phases of the project, including planning, construction, and commissioning. We strictly adhered to industry standards and high-quality construction requirements to ensure the project was delivered with high quality and efficiency. We thank Trützschler for their trust and support, and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future to jointly advance green, low-carbon manufacturing demonstration projects.

As a leading German textile machinery manufacturer, Trützschler has long specialized in high-end textile equipment and smart manufacturing technologies. Through this photovoltaic project, every kilowatt-hour of green electricity powers precision equipment such as high-speed carding machines and intelligent fabric inspection machines, achieving a deep integration of industrial production and sustainable development, and setting a new benchmark for green manufacturing and energy transition.
